Incase you are not familiar with the shortcuts in the program:

Holding down the Control + Shift key on your keyboard while simultaneously clicking down on the left mouse button will bring up the “pick” menu. While clicking down, move the mouse towards your selection and let go over it. You may let go of the keys as soon as you click with your mouse to bring up the menu if you wish to do so.

Holding the middle button on your mouse will give you the transform options.
